I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were of a good size with large comfortable beds, 2 chairs, and a small desk, although they lacked nice atmospheric extra features. The service was phenomenal, with all staff being nice and friendly. The location was excellent, near the train station and all interesting places, especially the Matsumoto Castle. The dining experience was delicious, serving traditional Japanese food, although non-Japanese options could have been better. Overall, a great value for money.
